Focus and scope Indonesian Journal of Linguistics are the findings of the research, a review of the literature, and a book review on the advancement of science, which includes the investigation of research questions with immediate or broad application that significantly advance our understanding of human language as a system of communication or a phenomenon involving cognition, social interaction, and history.
